Idisen Game Jam, a 9 day on-site game jam camp hosted in Belgium. This was one of the most memorable experiences I’ve had. Our team created a game inspired by Mille, the neighbor’s dog, who often stopped by to visit us during our brainstorm sessions. I met so many amazing and talented people from all over the world, and together we created a story based game. This jam really pushed me out of my comfort zone, especially since I had to dive into 2D for the first time. I built skeletal rigs using planes cut from the character artwork of the dogs and made simple animations for each character.
